We are truly sorry for the delay. We shipped your crate on 5/23 and the process after we ship the item is entirely up to the FedEx operation. Normally, the products are delivered within 3 days, but there are some exceptional cases, of course, and one of them seems to have happened to you. We apologize for the experience you had.
