I discovered my new dog is not crate trained as I was told when I brought her home, as she chewed the entire front part of my crate. I emailed the company to enquire about replacing just those parts and they specifically put a package together of just the parts I needed, at a very fair price too. Great customer service; I would but from WLO again anytime. Now my dog never gets closed inside her crate; she uses it as a quiet bed, and she loves it.

I am in absolute awe of this companies work.
The work that goes into their items is amazing.
I ordered a second name plate as i have recently got another dog. The name plate is perfect and arrived quicker than what I thought.
The customer service i have received is amazing. I would 100% recommend this company.
