Poor quality, very unstable after put together. Not sturdy enough to house my small French Bulldog. Description is deceptive. Side walls are cloth instead of solid wood and dog can push aside and get out of crate. Terrible product paid exorbitant price and cannot use

We are sorry to hear that! Our first goal to make safe, sturdy and ergonomic product. We also take serious about wood quality, there is long making process for the house especially double sanding helps to get even more smooth surface which makes the house safe and comfy.

Took 3 hours to put together. One of the pieces of wood wasn’t drilled on the correct side. Looks good. Good construction. Need more on the sides to keep my golden receivers from squeezing through the side panels when the front door is shut.

I love this dog bed! It was easy to put together and goes perfect with my other furniture. It is high quality and both of my dogs love sleeping in it! Customer service was amazing!
